Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Bourbon-Soaked Fig Glaze and Gorgonzola Crumbles

Fresh Pork Tenderloin cut into medallions and seared.  Cooked with dried figs that have been macerated in Bourbon.   Finished with Gorgonzola crumbles.
