Chicken and Chorizo Meat Balls over Saffron Rice

Ground Chicken combined with fresh chorizo pork sausage formed into meatballs.  Topped with Romesco sauce made from roasted red peppers, almonds, sherry vinegar, garlic and bread crumbs over a bed of saffron infused rice.
